Terms of Service

To lay the foundation for our business relationship, Sarah is providing you with the following information and terms of service for your work together.

PRIVATE CONTAINERS

One, three, six, or 12 month collaboration

Sarah works with clients in one, three, six or 12 month commitments. She creates a container for her client’s creations, and holds a space for their growth. This means, each partnership is bespoke and created to accommodate commanding schedules and specific requirements for success. The flow of this work is designed and structured through the following guidelines:

Weekly sessions
If two, shorter sessions are required in one week, you’re welcome to schedule that way, too
Unlimited access to Sarah during office hours through text, email or Marco Polo
Tailored meditations or home-play to assist in your specific transformative work
A limited number of emergency sessions for those instances when you require a lifeline
Sessions take place over Zoom and can be joined by phone, computer or tablet
Sessions will be recorded for you (if desired)

SESSIONS

Sessions will take place via Zoom at a mutually agreed upon date, and time based on availability. If you need to reschedule a session, please, when possible, give 24-hours notice. All rescheduled sessions must be completed within the timeframe of the coaching agreement.

BETWEEN SESSIONS

Private Containers include unlimited support for the duration of the business relationship using an app called Marco Polo. You may use the app to:

Share a personal success // wins // magic
Ask questions about the tools and teachings
Receive facilitation, clearings and meditations
Please: No driving while using the app. This is deep, soulful work. Please respect the intimacy and focus required when using the app.
Should you prefer to communicate through text or email, we can arrange that, too.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Single Sessions: 20, 40 or 60 minutes

A single private session with Sarah:

Session is held on Zoom, you may record if you desire
No cancellation, rescheduling or refunds

PACKAGE OF PRIVATE SESSIONS

Three or Four Single Sessions: 60 minutes

A package of three or four 60-minute private sessions with Sarah:

Sessions are held on Zoom, you may record if you desire
No cancellation, rescheduling or refunds
Sessions must be scheduled within three months of investment

FEES & INVOICING

The fees for this contract, as agreed upon, will be payable to Sarah Woods Consulting through Stripe prior to the commencement of the business relationship
If you are paying monthly or weekly, fees will be charged through a subscription on the same date of the business relationship commencement, each month.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES

Due to the time, scope and nature of the work, Sarah’s policy is that the initial term for working together is non-refundable. If you are partnering on a 6 or 12 month container and its deemed you and Sarah are no longer a fit to work together, one month notice (and investment) is required to terminate the relationship.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Sarah regards all information obtained during your sessions as confidential and proprietary and shall not disclose any information without your written consent, unless required to do so by law. Please note that live Q&A calls are recorded and shared in a library with all participants for their private use only.

CHALLENGES

If Sarah ever says or do anything that upsets you or doesn’t feel right, please bring it up. Sarah is here to support you and welcomes your feedback on how best to do so.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

As a mentor and guide, Sarah’s sole mission is to help you be the best you can be, using your talents and abilities to achieve your goals. Results are not guaranteed.

You willingly enter into this business relationship with the understanding that you are responsible for your own decisions and creating your own results. You also agree not to hold your mentor liable for any actions or results for adverse situations created as a direct result of a specific referral given by the mentor.

You are aware that the business relationship is in no way to be construed as psychological counselling or any type of psychotherapy. In the event professional counselling, healthcare or therapy is needed, it is your responsibility to seek the help of a licensed professional.
